Terms of Online Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the QsmarTEC website. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms unconditionally.

1. Preamble

QsmarTEC provides a standalone media player application, Qsmart Player, which allows users to play their own personal or licensed streams. The application does not include, host, or distribute any stream content. We do not provide access to any media or streaming services. The responsibility for stream usage lies solely with the user.

2. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of both the customer and QsmarTEC in the context of purchasing software licenses and digital services through this platform.

3. Software Sales

Customers may purchase a license for Qsmart Player through our website. After selecting the desired product, they must complete the purchase process and agree to these terms. Upon successful payment, license activation instructions will be delivered by email or applied directly to the specified device.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed using Stripe, PayPal, or other accepted methods. QsmarTEC does not store or access credit card details. Currency conversion may apply depending on your payment method and region. By confirming payment, you accept the pricing and terms displayed at checkout.

5. Data Privacy

All customer data collected during a transaction is kept strictly confidential and used only to process your order. You may contact us at Qsmartec@gmail.com to request access to or correction of your personal data.

6. Proof of Payment

Confirmation of payment via Stripe, PayPal, or our banking partners is considered valid proof of the transaction. A confirmation email including license details will also be sent upon successful purchase.

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only if the license has not yet been activated. If your device has not been activated and you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase by email at Qsmartec@gmail.com and include your order number. Once a license has been used or linked to a device, it is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For custom solutions or business licensing (e.g. for hospitality providers or institutions), please contact us directly at Qsmartec@gmail.com. We offer tailored packages for multi-device activations and enterprise use cases.

Qsmart Player is a standalone media player application. We do not provide, host, or promote any media content. Users are responsible for their own streams. All payments processed via Stripe or PayPal are for software licensing only.
